*IMPORTANT UPDATE (March 13): The European AI Policy Conference is postponed due to the coronavirus. More information will be posted on the dedicated webpage soon.

In the interim, there will be a video webinar on Wednesday, March 25th from 11:00 to 12:00 PM CEST on ‘European AI Priorities Over the Next 6 Months’. You do not need to register to attend the webinar – a live video stream will be available online.

To fully realise the benefits of artificial intelligence (AI), the European AI Policy Conference will bring together leading voices in AI from across the continent to discuss why European success in AI is important, how the EU compares to other world leaders today, and what steps European policymakers should take to be more competitive in AI.

The European AI Policy Conference is scheduled to take place on 25 March 2020 in Brussels, Belgium. The conference is a high-level forum which will connect stakeholders working to promote AI in Europe, showcase advances in AI, and promote AI policies supporting its development to EU policymakers and thought leaders.

Hosted by the Center for Data Innovation, the conference draws in the expertise of global thought leaders on AI policy. Members of the programme committee include professors, industry experts, and researchers.
